These colours are found in the indipop style clothes and makeup.
The bright and colourful eye makeup is something I would want to incorperate into my front cover picture or double page spread because it catches your eye and looks amazing.
Bollywood uses bold, bright primary colours mainly and the variations of that e.g. baby blue.
They use secondary colours like pink and purple give it a more feminine feel.
