XXL - DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD ANALYSIS

 

This magazine double page spread has a clear colour scheme of black and white, this presents it as professional and organised as it is more appeling to the audience to see structure. As well as this the double page spread uses a drop caps and pull quote which is common in most double page spreads which suggests it goes by convention in many other ways. 

 

There are many different ways for the text of an article to be writtern, it can be descriptive or more Q&A or it could be a mixture of both etc. This magazine has done more of the artist just freely talking rather than responding and answering questions, this could be a niod to the genre as it's more free spirited and not really held down by anything.
